Technical training in a positive, encouraging environment, helping players develop 4 core areas of their technique:
Passing and receiving
Developing accurate passing, a controlled first touch and the ability to receive the ball ready for the next action.
Ball mastery
Building close control, coordination and confidence using both feet, with plenty of touches of the ball.
1v1 skills
Learning how to beat an opponent, protect the ball and use changes of speed and direction, alongside the basics of defending in 1v1 situations.
Ball striking
Improving how players strike the ball, with a focus on technique, accuracy and power when shooting and finishing.
